Return Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact info@slipintosoft.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send an e-mail to info@slipintosoft.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Follow the instructions we send in the email.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping about $5-$10 for customers in the US; don't use expensive expedited shipping). Send us the return tracking number after shipping out(we don't offer a return label; you need to pay the return shipping fee).

4. If you need to return more than 3 items( including 3 ) we'll charge 10%-20% handling from your total amount of these returns.

5. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
